Our Process Explained
Bringing home a new Bernedoodle puppy or Goldendoodle puppy is a special moment, and we want to make the process as enjoyable as possible. Whether you are an empty nester, single, elderly, a family, or newlyweds, our puppies have amazing temperaments for all ages and stages of life. They make excellent service and emotional support dogs as well. They are incredibly smart and train easily!
The Adoption Process
- Fill out our Puppy Application and be sure to mention which puppy would like or which future litter you would like to pick from
- Read over our Health Guarantee/Contract and Terms
- We will review your application and be in touch with you within 12-48 hours
- If we have approved your application, we will fill out the contract and will be emailing it to you for you to sign
- We require a $300 deposit to reserve your puppy or spot in line to pick. This deposit is made through our website on the PayPal link by clicking on the puppy or litter you would like to pick from. You sign the contract and email it back to us for us to finalize.
- Once the deposit is received, the contract is finalized, and the puppy (or spot on our waitlist) is reserved for you! Selections are made in the order of deposits received on litters. Once the puppies are around 4 weeks of age, we allow one 30 minute home visit per family to meet the puppies face to face and make your selection. If you can’t make the trip, we can help you decide on a puppy virtually with a Face Time call or more pictures. If you are unhappy with the selections available at your time to pick, you may transfer your deposit to a future Dream Doodle Puppies Litter. Home visits and selections are not scheduled on Sundays as we like to keep our Sabbath day for rest and worship. Deposits are non-refundable and credits towards the payment of the puppy. The remaining balance will be due in cash at pick up or have the payment paid in full, one week prior to the pick up date if paying through PayPal.
- Can’t make the trip to pick up your puppy? No worries! We have a flight nanny that can deliver your puppy to your nearest major airport. Air rates are anywhere from $1000-$1500 depending on your location and we highly recommend that you fly into Wichita's Dwight D Eisenhower National Airport and fly home with your puppy in cabin. We also offer ground transportation services for those of you that live closer. Costs will vary depending on your location. Contact us for exact rates on ground and air delivery.
- We will stay in touch with you with weekly photo updates of your new little puppy!
- At 8 weeks of age, your puppy is socialized, up to date on all vaccinations and dewormings, is health checked and cleared, and ready for lots of licks and love from you!
**Please keep in mind that it is difficult to give an exact time frame of when a puppy will be available. We won’t know how many puppies will be in a litter, their colors, or their genders until they are born. If you decide to reserve a spot on our wait list, please be patient and flexible with the timing
